A few useful kitchen notes
Our small collection has 8 original, edited recipes, including 6 vegetarian choices. Recipes have not been kitchen-tested; cooking times are estimates. Vegetarian means no meat or fish; eggs and dairy are allowed. Check ingredient labels for your own dietary needs.
All recipes serve one. Weights are uncooked; canned beans and tuna are weighed after draining. Amounts use g, ml and teaspoons (5 ml = 1 tsp). Tap water is included in the steps, not the shopping list. Ingredient totals are not retail pack sizes or a promise of zero leftovers.
Refrigerate unused perishable ingredients promptly and follow their labels. Cook chicken to 74°C / 165°F and eggs until the whites and yolks are firm.
02 / ONE TIDY LIST
Just what your plan needs.
Already in your kitchen, or just bought it? Tick an item when you have the full amount shown. A changed quantity clears its tick so you can check again.
Totals cover your whole plan, including dinners marked cooked. Removing a dinner changes the totals; marking it cooked does not.

A SMALL EXPERIMENT
Did dinner feel easier?
This free little tool is here to find out what helps. Your plan, feedback and last 200 usage events stay in this browser; the app does not send them to a server. Static hosting still handles ordinary page requests.
Export a file if you want to keep or manually share it. There’s no account, cloud sync or automatic feedback inbox. If saved data needs recovery, exports also include its original text.
